Follow-up to “Two Strikes and You’re Out” I received a call from service manager Josh at JBN. He explained their approach to the repair and their attempt to avoid the costly replacement of the radar/sensor. I was satisfied with his explanation and his effort to resolve the conflict. He also suggested another remedy to the problem I can try myself. Lesson learned: Don’t buy a vehicle with AEB system; too dodgy and expensive to replace.

awful service, wish i could leave pictures a week after spending around 3k in repairs AND it getting inspected at this dealership, my terminals completely corroded & snapped off my brand new battery they replaced. I had to have a mobile mechanic come fix the issue & he was so shocked at how they would put terminals in this condition on top of a brand new battery, I would’ve been completely fine paying the price of new terminals on top of the new battery had they cared enough to mention it. unbelievable.

Just bought a ford expedition and I highly recommend Michael Gamez as your salesman. He is honest and his method of making sure this is what you want is amazing. He did not run my credit until I said yes and was not pushy about running my credit. He was able to give me estimate cost with my credit score I got from my bank. I am so impressed with him. I took my truck in to get it checked on because the check in engine light was on. I made an appointment and all they did was drive my truck to the back of the lot and it took them hours just for them to tell me they needed to order the sensor I needed it so I would have to bring it back again. So I took it back again and they said they couldn’t fix it. When I asked what was wrong with it or what they had done with it.
