Jim and Debbie are a wonderful team. They did an excellent job finding the best mortgage loan package, and keeping me in the loop on everything that was needed to keep the loan moving along. They were very responsive when I had questions, and Debbie was very pleasant to work with. I'm not local to Scottsdale and was concerned with closing a loan remotely but Debbie walked us through the entire process and made sure everything was lined up before the closing. I would highly recommend!
