After an unexpected car accident my 2012 fusion was a total loss a friend of mine suggested Jim Baier Ford I was told to call Kip so i called and went to see him. They had a 2019 Ford Fusion thhat I really loved, Kip and his sale manager gave me the deal i wanted. This 2019 Fusion is PERFECT just what i wanted, and gave me the price i could afford. Colton was super helpful and never pressured me. I drove 5 hours to buy a car from him and will easily do it again. He was so patient with me and all my questions. Update.... After needing hail damage fixed... I found out the entire back end of the car has been replaced plus a front qrtr panel and pdr all over the car. I was told this car had never been in an accident. There is nothing on the Carfax. Super disappointed.
Had the interior of my Escape detailed and it looked fantastic! They went above and beyond. Absolutely worth it.
