Jim and Renee helped us to buy our home two years ago, and to recently do a re-fi. They helped make it happen for us where other mortgage brokers could not. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process to us and to answer the multitude of questions we had along the way. Frankly, they made the whole process surprisingly easy and streamlined. We are grateful to them and plan to work with them in the future.
Jim was able to get me the impossible loan! It was a challenge, but the experience was excellent. Straightforward, honest, clear about what was needed. He and his team worked together seamlessly. Perhaps most importantly, he always returned my calls and emails and answered my questions over and over again. All of the hold ups and frustrations were with the bank. I absolutely plan on working with Jim in the future.
