It has been many months since I have the car accident, Adler and Adler doesnt follow up at all, takes 3 weeks to respond and I barely get to talk with my lawyer, their customer service its terrible, dont hire them. If I could give them a 0 out of 10, I would. Stay away from them!

I called *** Adler's office to get a free consultation and was told nothing would be owed unless they win and I could cancel at anytime. I told them my car was totalled and I was looking at only $2400 and I wasn't really hurt. They said they could take my case and sent me a contract via text. I signed it and 2 1/2 hours later I called and texted them that I wanted to cancel. I'm also a victim of an automobile accident Dec 2019, And went through the same thing, not returning my calls. leaving messages plus I did not know who was my Attorney till June or July of 2021 I started to get status of my children settlements and I'm haven't heard of my settlement yet. When I asked to see the settlement forms as a client you have the right to, They kept ignoring me and I also complain to them and withdraw me a 1 or 2 while I continue calling the Associates.
