Law office does not return calls or email. Called multiple times in regard to a case that I needed assistance with and never received a call or email back.

I found Mr Adams through my legal plan to help with a divorce case. I can say that my divorce did get done and the outcome was good and settled amicably between my ex and myself. However, communication with the staff was horrible whether it was through the portal the office utilizes or directly via email or phone. Often it would take multiple attempts to get an answer or update from them. Alex BeMent who works out of this office called me on behalf of his client and tried to bully me into an agreement before in could v secure representation myself. But the most disgusting thing he did during that phone call was ask me if i had overdosed recently. My brother died of an overdose 3 months ago. I had to block him after repeated requests to stop contacting me.

The level of incompetence displayed by Jim Adams during a custody suit was almost incomprehensible to me. He filed a petition incorrectly and what should take 2 weeks, took 2.5 month. He couldn’t serve a subpoena to a witness that agreed to testify and would make a huge difference in my case. He pressured me to agree to mediation conditions that I made clear that I don’t want to accept. He will drag out a custody suit as long as he can for self-gain.
