No one is ever in the office to answer questions and no one calls back after numerous messages are left . Horrible customer service !

Horrible management company. No communication at all. I have been continuously paying my HOAs dues for years (under different management companies) and never had a problem. All of a sudden when I mail my check to the correct address they provided (even confirmed in an email by accounting and shows up delivered) they are not depositing it. On the property management side they do well, but not in accounting at all. RUN FROM SHAUN PATTERSON OWNER, & JILSA MANAGEMENT. UTHEHICAL & ALMOST WORTHLESS COMPANY. WHEN OUR HOA DROPPED THEM, JILSA PROMISED ON PHONE & LIED, SO WE DOCUMENTED THEIR LIE ON OUR BANK STATEMENT. THEY PROMISED NO REMOVAL OF OUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS, YET THEY WITHDREW OUR HOA FEE ANYWAY. AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED MY DOUBLE PAYMENT (JILSA & NEW HOA). UNTRUSTWORTHY & UNRELIABLE. COMMUNICATION GWTS AN F GRADE.
