We are a local bakery that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar.

I wish jillys had more consistent hours. Not only do the times for the cupcakes differ from the ice cream shop times, the website states different hours than google. Twice now I have driven 45 minutes only to find you're closed. The last time was 7pm on a Friday and even the hours on the door stated you were open until 9, but doors were already locked. U should value your customers that drive from all over for your cupcakes. I will no longer waste my time or gas on jillys.
We went there a few days ago and service in the ice cream part was horrible! Lady was super rude
First time here. But not the first time eating the cupcakes. Gooey Butter brownie & smurtle cupcakes delicious . Chicken Appollonia for lunch was yummy. Will be back for sure.
Yum! This is one of my favorite places to go for a treat, and their brunch is delicious!
