We are a local bakery that has been in business in University City at the corner of Delmar and 170 since 2007. In June of 2014, due to the popularity of our ice cream at retail outlets, we opened our brand new premium ice cream bar.

I am extremely disappointed with this trip to Jilly's. On a Saturday at 3pm there were only 3 flavors of cupcakes to choose from :( they didn't even have the monthly cupcake available. We went next door to grab icecream instead and tried to get a soda and they didn't have any. Just made for an extreme disappointment after a great day at the Science center.
I'm pretty sure I went through the five stages of grief after finishing the cookies and cream gooey butter cupcake. I wanted to live in that thing.

OK, so I've been to Jilly's for lunch several times and just cupcakes other times. Up until last week, each visit was acceptable. Nothing special, but OK. But last Wednesday (Dec. 30), the last day of 2015 that they were serving lunch, we decided to take advantage of a "free cupcake with purchase of two entrees" unsolicited offer Jilly's sent us. Cupcakes here are delicious but be warned, they're $6.
Drove from central Illinois to stay in chesterfield. Birthday weekend for the wifey. We wanted to do the Sunday brunch but didn't realize it's reservation only. They have a "no answer the phone policy" on Sunday. We ate somewhere else but still went there for cupcakes. The staff is awesome. However for us out of towners it would be nice if the website would explain that reservations have to be made earlier in the week or walk ins are welcome if there's room.
