I met Dr. Wawrzyniak at a previous practice when my son needed a physical for school. He was 5 years old. His regular Dr. had a delay in scheduling. What I witnessed was nothing short of Magical. I hate to say this about a physician because I'm all about the science. Dr. Wawrzyniak provided a very thorough physical while entertaining my child and making the experience a giggle fest. Dr. Jillian Wawrzyniak is one of the most thorough, patient, and understanding doctors I've every had! She listens to every word I say even when I repeat myself 10 times! You have to use the patient portal to communicate, though.
The Dr is fabulous. The office staff is another story. You can not get through when you call the office. I had to drive over to the office to speak to someone on 2 different occasions. They say, sorry, we are short staffed.Unacceptable! I am a healthcare working caring for Patients. I give excellent care even if im shirt staffed. They called the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. I have a few rare health conditions which causes most doctors to run the other way or not treat me like a human being- except for Dr wawrzyniak. I’ve saw her originally as a teenager and now years later after moving back to Pennsylvania again, I live an hour away and I still drive to see her! She even joined support groups to help learn about my conditions and always knows how to help. She talks with my other doctors and keeps up to date with me. I've been seeing Dr. Wawrzyniak for most of the 6-7 years that I've lived in the area, and find her care to be exceptional. My wife moved over to her as well and we are both highly impressed with her knowledge, quick (and smart/correct) response to any issue, helpful suggestions and overall demeanor. She can be very serious when needed, caring, and also very funny when the time calls for it. The entire staff is excellent, helpful and responsive.
