Jillian is a wonderful care provider, she listened to our concerns and addressed them very professionally, but at the same time she was so incredibly kind and empathetic. She explained my daughter's issues to me and then also talked directly to her, making sure she uses child-appropriate language and tried very hard to make both of us feel at ease. I can highly recommend her!

Nurse Jillian is awesome. She has excellent bedside manner. Was extremely polite and patient with our 9 year old non-verbal autistic son. She’s very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to all of our history (which is a lot) before providing recommendations. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

Nurse Jillian superceded all of my expectations! I requested to see a doctor because I wanted an expert opinion. I have been frustrated about my baby's condition. The scheduler assured me that NP Jillian would address my concerns and she was correct! My baby was very comfortable with her and she is leary of conversing with strangers. Jillian was so incredibly kind, patient, thorough, informative…all the great qualities you look for in a healthcare provider. Some people are just born to help others and she definitely was! Cannot recommend her enough! My daughter loved her too! 😊
