Great doctor that my wife sees regularly, the only real complaint is the 1 1/2 wait EVERY SINGLE TIME we come here. Today is a simple follow up, yet again waiting because “they are a little backed up” for the past 3 years…… Other than that, a truly wonderful doctor, just don’t have plans. 1-12-26 3 months later and still playing the waiting game. Had to pay first?! Usually I pay after the doctor consultation, even at the local Emergency Clinic... Completely unacceptable. Waited an hour, for an "scheduled appointment". No sympathetic apology or even patient respect of my & wife's time. When they finally came in to our exam room, they quickly went through the reason for our visit and rushed us out the door. I am so glad that my family started seeing Dr. Patton. Her entire clinic is amazing and they always take care of us whether it's a refill on a medication or a referral renewal. Dr. Patton is very caring and she takes the time needed to listen to your health concerns and doesn't just talk at you or dismiss what you have to say. I'm glad that my family has found a primary care doctor that we actually want to see. Thank you Dr. Patton!
When l first made my appointment with Dr. Jillian, I was told she only sees new patients once a month. OK, not ideal, but l deal till l was told it was going to be in May. I took it anyway. There were some issues with the insurance. We switched to a different insurance company, and I found a Dr much closer to me. I canceled the appointment.
