I am extremely upset with the care provided here. A rescue inhaler was refused after a missed physical, which is completely unacceptable. This is not a routine medication—it is a life-saving treatment for asthma attacks. Denying access to it without providing a temporary refill or any kind of bridge plan puts patients at real risk.
