I am a urology patient. Twice I have driven to the Orchard Park office because I was not able to talk to staff . A person in the main lobby was able to get a script for lab work. Please see screenshot below. I waited over an hour on hold and was never able to talk to a live person. They need to find a way to improve their accessibility. I can not say enough about Dr. Jordan. Found this amazing man years ago at Lifetime Medical and just loved him. He is such a well-rounded doctor and great human being. Added on 2/16 *** I was recently discharged from the entire dermatology department at BMG by Dr. Jenna O'Neill. Dr. O'Neill felt I was disruptive to the practice and required ongoing medical attention. How ridiculous to even think someone would be discharged from a medical provider because they required ongoing medical attention. During my recent yearly exam on 1/25 I had asked her to examine a specific area of my body and prescribe medication for me that I knew was going to require a prior authorization for approval.
