First, I did not see Jill as scheduled, but another person named "Ian" who did not identify his credentials. This review is based on my interaction with Ian, *not* Jill or Dr. O'Boynick. I sought out this practice after a fabulous experience with Dr. O'Boynick 15 years ago when he diagnosed and removed a synovial cyst in my lumbar spinal canal.
