I am SO thankful to have hired Jill Van Dusen to sell my parent's home. Although the home was in the Roseville, CA area, I live in Alaska. Being so far away, it was critical to have someone to trust. My parent's home required a LOT of work prior to listing, and Jill and her team were EXTRAORDINARY in getting things done...and at costs I perceived as very reasonable. Jill is VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY responsive and VERY personable. I have ZERO reservations in recommending her!
There are no words to describe the wonderful job jill did to help us get a home. She listened, was extremely responsive to our questions, emails, concerns and took care of us every step of the way. Jill is the absolute best realtor. She is knowledgeable, patient, funny, genuine and so so sweet! She stayed with us on and off for a couple of year until we finally decided to buy.
