I am SO thankful to have hired Jill Van Dusen to sell my parent's home. Although the home was in the Roseville, CA area, I live in Alaska. Being so far away, it was critical to have someone to trust. My parent's home required a LOT of work prior to listing, and Jill and her team were EXTRAORDINARY in getting things done...and at costs I perceived as very reasonable.
