I confidently give Jill S. 5-stars. I went through 3 realtors to find me and my daughter a home to buy. First one after a contingent offer would respond 12+ Hours later, not responsive and felt like she just threw me to the side after I signed on the dotted line. I backed out after inspector found termite damage and a few other things. 7 months later I jump back into it with a new realtor that didn’t care about how run down the house was, he would aggressively continue to push me to buy it with deadlines on each one .
