This has been the worst investment company I have ever dealt with! 30 and 40 minute wait times on the phone! Promised call backs that never happen! You must talk to 2 or 3 people to get anything done. Promised checks, ie payments take weeks beyond Promised to get! Sad customer service! Ameriprise financial warning! Stay away!
