Hard to believe someone would have something negative to say about this agency. Pretty petty if you ask me! I have always had a great rapport with this agency. A few years back they had a change in staff, lost two and gained one, I believe. It was a change for the better for sure! Jamie, Chris and Jill are very knowledgeable, friendly, and get the job done in a timely manner. I will be a forever customer!
I have been an insured for twenty years at State Farm; fifteen of those have been with the Jill at the Mostek Insurance Agency. I have never had a bad experience. There are three women who work at this agency and each one very friendly and personable! They are very patient and take the time to explain things thoroughly! I highly recommend this agency..
My family has been with Jill's office since she opened in 2001 and we've ALWAYS been very happy with her. Her staff is friendly, helpful and has never given us a problem. We've even had a claim and it went very smoothly. We have no plans to ever leave Jill and her great staff of ladies! Keep up the great work Jill, Jaimie and Chris.

Very poor service. Someone hit my car and totaled it. At first Jill from State Farm sent a check for over $6,000. Then retracted that. Then came up with another number saying my car was only worth $3,500. This was not even the Blue Book value. Then my rates tripled... Yikes! Do yourself a favor and do not get insurance through this agency. Very mixed up with customer service and taking care of claims.
