I screwed up and came at the wrong time for my cleaning and check up with Nancy and Dr. Mike. However, rather than having me reschedule and waste the trip, Nancy spoke with the dental hygienist Mike, who had an opening a little later and who willingly slipped me into his schedule for my 6 month cleaning and x-rays, while Dr. Jill came in and did my check-up afterwards. Dr. Hayes answered some questions I had and was very nice and patient. I'd see her again in a heartbeat!
