Jill was utterly unprofessional. Consistently failed to respond to emails and other messages, even those clearly labeled "urgent" with a stated deadline. Rude beyond belief; answered reasonable lay-person's questions with sarcasm and derision. If I did not understand what she meant and asked a follow-up question she would repeat the same answer but louder, sometimes yelling at me.
