Cruel and inconsistent. I broke a leg and a hand in two places. Couldn't walk and hurt enormously to type. After 5 day stay in hospital with 3 surgeries, was discharged with instructions to return to work after two weeks. At ten day follow-up appointment she changed that 14 day reprieve to forcing me to return to work immediately that same day, despite me asking her to keep the two week period at the minimum.
