I purchased a house that was listed by Jill a few months back and Jill and her team were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. They answered every phone call and were quick to respond with any questions. During the process a significant amount of damage was discovered on the roof that had recently been installed. We closed on the house figuring it should not be a problem given that the roof was still under warranty.
