Scheduled an appointment, office staff was nice enough until I spoke to AMANDA MAYO. She has accused me of having multiple insurance policies, and I dont. She refused to even listen or help. She was the most unprofessional person that I have ever spoken to. I have a medical issue going on, she could care less. Bedside manner is terribly off key. the man that answers the phone is so nasty. He should not be the point of contact at all. he has deterred me from being a pt there. the funny thing is that back in 2018 i had a encounter with him as well as a co worker who is a pt there. i went back in october 2022 b/c the nurse practitioner who was there was a friend of a friend. They have long wait times as well. the nurses do not have great bedside manners either. just a horrible clinic! DO NOT GO THERE!
I never have to wait long before my appointment or to see Dr. Gibson. She takes the time to listen and answer all questions no matter how silly. She has amazing bedside manner and all the staff are friendly and helpful!
The office manager is very rude to the patients and I will no longer go back to Dr. Gibson because of the office manager!
The staff was friendly and professional. I was taken into the examination room at my scheduled time. The nurse was sweet. Before the doctor came in , another lady introduced herself as someone who could help me with any questions or problems I might have. Dr. Gibson came in shortly. She answered all my questions and did the exam in a pleasant manner. She is professional, knowledgeable, and interested in my questions. The checkout was very quick.
All questions answered. Got in fairly quickly. Would recommend to all my friends and colleagues!
I had the new patient jitters but the staff made the visit very comfortable. Office was nice and clean. As comfortable as can be and Dr very friendly.
Literally holding my birth control rx hostage. I live in a compromised household and the absolute last place I want to be right now is a doctor's office. The person over the phone refused to send my rx to the pharmacy because my annual was past due. I told him that I am not comfortable going to a doctor during the pandemic unless necessary. He then said, "then you can't get birth control." Staff were very welcoming and professional. The office was very clean and organized. I was seen in a timely manner and the doctor took her time and listened. She did not rush me and was very helpful. Highly recommended!!! :)
