They have been over charging my parents for a car they have not owned for 7 months. When I call to ask questions they give me the run around and hang up on me. Have tried to speak to Jill multiple times but she is always busy or not in the office. They are definitely taking advantage of older people. Jennifer is the best agent, always caring for my short term and long term needs. Been with allstate since 2010 and have always been in good hands. It's unfortunate I have to find a new one as I have moved, but rockford area give them a call, they do great work.
Jenny is fantastic. She goes above and beyond to answer questions. Jenny is the agent you want when you need her the most. Even when I have a general question she is right there ready to assist. I shopped around every few years for insurance before I found Jenny with Allstate. They review and make sure we have the right coverage for our needs. I would highly recommend them.
