I can’t complain about the services I’ve received for myself and our kids. I read reviews in advance and saw they were somewhat negative. I’m like I’ll give the dentist a try. Everything was fine and so very close to home. The problems started over insurance. I have GEHA medical, GEHA dental separately and our adopted twins have Medicaid. There were issues with billing and getting them paid due to overlapping insurances and which pays. I get that and I called my GEHA and sorted it out. Would give 0 stars if I could. They canceled on me numerous times and then when I went to a new dentist because of this the filling shumate did turned out to be done wrong and they had to re do it. It wasn’t bonded and there was decay starting. Do not go here.
