Thanks for your good care, concern, expertise, communication and professionalism. I was totally at ease during my surgical procedure and due to your expertise, I am doing extremely well with very little discomfort, pain or medication. Dr. Doan took time to answer all of my questions and detail patient plan details and alternatives. I highly recommend Dr. Doan and her friendly and courteous staff.
Outstanding!! Dr. Doan is the best - extremely knowledgeable, skilled, professional, friendly. Great communicator. The entire office is awesome, and, they do operate as a well-orchestrated team. Professional, efficient, thorough, compassionate, and friendly at every level. Positive up-beat atmosphere each and every visit and a family-like culture. Bottom line - they deliver positive results and improve your health.
Perhaps it is that I am older,and remember the staff from twenty years ago. Since Dr. Doan has taken over the practice, everything seems more clinical, and less personable. Like it or not, they are in the people buisiness. The hygenist who cleans my teeth goes about her work without much friendly banter, the person who sets the appointments could force herself to smile occasionally. Is all of this necessary to get my teeth cleaned? Probably not. It's a place I go to every 4 months.
The whole team was friendly and courteous. No waiting! Which is a biggie for me. They took care of everything I needed, and answered all my questions before I asked them.
First time in my life I had a cleaning that wasn't painful!! Thank you everyone for making my visit today so comfortable and my teeth so pretty and clean!
