I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cramer for several years. I wish all physicians were like her. She makes me feel seen and heard. That’s hard to come by these days. I appreciate her and her patience with me. Before I was her patient, Dr Cramer evaluated my mom before she died. My mom was so sick she couldn’t hold her head up. Dr Cramer knelt down to look up at her and talked to my mom so kindly. That made an incredible impression on me. I hope to be her patient as long as she’ll have me. Thanks Dr. Cramer and staff.
Dr Cramer is a phenomenal doctor and person. She is full of knowledge yet listens to you, takes time to understand things from your view point. Her staff is efficient and friendly, immediately giving you a sense of calm upon arrival.
I'm only doing one star bc I can't do ZERO, My dad was sick and missed an appointment and the nurse called being rude as hell, Then when I called back to set up another appointment it tooks days for them to call back and then when the nurse /staff called back she was rude again and said he was not going to be seen until JUNE 8TH , 2026. Let that sink in.
