Dr. Cramer is evidently good at what she does; however, I have reservations about her office staff. My husband was her patient for several years. When he was dying in the hospital in 2024, I called to let her know and to see if she could offer any guidance or help. Her receptionist told me he would have to come into the office, period. There was no way he could do that and I have no idea if she ever communicated with the hospital. I arrived early for my appointment, exactly as instructed, and still sat in the waiting room for over an hour without ever being seen. During that time, staff members were taking lunch while patients continued waiting, and no one provided an update, explanation, or apology for the delay. After wasting more than an hour of my day, I finally left without receiving any care. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cramer for several years. I wish all physicians were like her. She makes me feel seen and heard. That’s hard to come by these days. I appreciate her and her patience with me. Before I was her patient, Dr Cramer evaluated my mom before she died. My mom was so sick she couldn’t hold her head up. Dr Cramer knelt down to look up at her and talked to my mom so kindly. That made an incredible impression on me. I hope to be her patient as long as she’ll have me. Thanks Dr. Cramer and staff.

Dr Cramer is a phenomenal doctor and person. She is full of knowledge yet listens to you, takes time to understand things from your view point. Her staff is efficient and friendly, immediately giving you a sense of calm upon arrival.
