This provider is detrimental to your health. She will prescribe you absolutely everything under the sun, and it doesn’t matter if you needed it or not. This woman is a danger to any person who goes to her. We are still checking to see if what she did when I was pregnant continues to impact my child. Jill Colton- Spina has been the most understandable, compassionate, and warm Nurse Practitioner I ever known. She was a great listener and has always been understanding. She is an excellent mental health advocate for me and has given me great advice and helpful directions to take. . I just only wished I had her again and wish I can find where she is now. The office staff at York hospital was great, I want to make that known, however I am glad that I found Northern Light because I did not know how overly medicated I was for a condition I did not have & how much that destroyed my life until after leaving this office. Jill overmedicated me for a condition that I did not have, that sedated me to the point of falling asleep while driving.
