recently had to visit urgent care for stitches, and Jill made a less than fun visit incredibly positive. I saw Ms Bradly and she listened to my thoughts on my issue and explained everything so I understood what was going on. She was very efficient and yet I still felt heard. I would happily see her again.
Ms.Jill is amazing. I consider it my lucky day when she happens to be at the location I’m visiting. Not only is she friendly, she listens. Her questions are on point without leading and I appreciate her ability to interpret my words. I wish she was available as a primary care.
Nurse Jill has a great, caring manner, and I've been lucky enough to be able to see her twice now for an ear issue that happens to folks like me that wear hearing aids. Nurse Jill was incredibly helpful and amazing bedside manner. I actually enjoyed going to urgent care. She also followed up with a call, which i have never had. I wish I could have her as part of my regular care team.
