Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen
