They earned zero stars! We walked into an empty lobby at 4:22 pm (their posted hours said they closed at 5 pm) and they refused to see my daughter because one other patient was ahead of us! I had been to this urgent care in the past and was told that they stop accepting patients at their registration desk 30 minutes before closing but apparently this policy has changed as well! This used to be a great clinic when I was growing up in Corvallis. But now they advertise taking new patients but once they find out your Medicare they wont take you
Nice people. Our GP offered the mRNA vaccine to all our children, despite knowing that all our children had already been infected with Covid. I'd trust them to give me stitches or set a bone, but I'd be wary of any prescriptions.
Senior Citizens Beware! If you are new to Medicare and the clinic wants to set up a Medicare Wellness Exam that will be totally paid for by Medicare and no cost to you, that If the Doctor talks about any medical condition you have that doesn't fall within the parameters of the Wellness Exam, you will be charged for an office visit. The Doctor will not say to you that we have other things to talk about and if we do you will be charged for an office visit, do you want to do it now or make another appointment. Had a seizure. I'd been here before. Tried to schedule an appointment for seizure, and receptionist wouldn't let me. Wouldn't try to get my ER report, wouldn't allow me to bring it myself. Got no appointment, just had another seizure. Thought I'd try and save someone the headache and potentially life threatening problem I ran into. The dr is only as good as the front staff!!! Maybe get new front staff🤔
