We lived in a building managed by Jili for one year. We had only negative interactions with Jili. They were not good at depositing our rent checks promptly. Our online rent balance was often incorrect and we would have to communicate with Jili to get rent checks credited properly. They are not sufficiently familiar with NY tenant laws and their obligations.
