I cannot possibly say enough great things about JIL...specifically, about Karri who runs things in the office there. When we first moved to Oregon we were so beaten down and depressed at what a terrible stress it was to try and find a place, SO many of the other management companies were asking us to jump through 90 hoops (and pay crazy high application fees) before we could even see a unit. This company is seriously shady. They asked me to apply to rent before I could view or tour a unit that they manage. Once I applied, they refused to offer me a tour until fronting a non-refundable deposit-- before I had even seen the apartment! It sounded like a scam! They could be more professional in communication.
