Jigsaw was referred to me for rodent clean-up. Otto was amazing. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had a little anxiety about the clean up because of my asthma. But he was calm and explained everything his team was going to do. The work the team did was top notch. Every area looked and felt so clean and disinfected it put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend Otto to anyone.

We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that sent water pouring down into the floor below. I was completely panicked and called Jigsaw within an hour of it happening. Otto was incredibly calm and reassuring from the start. He was on site within an hour, helped me begin the insurance claim, and clearly walked me through the next steps. My plumber caused water damage in my basement and suggested I contact Jigsaw. Otto, the owner, was here within the hour. During that time, I had begun removing flooring to get ahead of the issue. He was able to confirm water penetration and told me what I needed to do minimize long-term physical and environmental impact. Likewise, he came back out to ensure that the work that I had done successfully mitigated the water damage. Fast, clear and efficient service. I first got an estimate from another company that gave a loose estimate and let me know they could charge more than the estimate. Then I went to Otto and he was very straightforward with cost and expectations which he delivered on for a huge project. If anyone has the poor luck of mold, call Otto. Couldn’t have been happier with the work he did.
