Jigsaw was referred to me for rodent clean-up. Otto was amazing. He was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I had a little anxiety about the clean up because of my asthma. But he was calm and explained everything his team was going to do. The work the team did was top notch. Every area looked and felt so clean and disinfected it put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend Otto to anyone.

Just had my air ducts cleaned by Jigsaw PMR and the entire experience was top notch from start to finish. We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that sent water pouring down into the floor below. I was completely panicked and called Jigsaw within an hour of it happening. Otto was incredibly calm and reassuring from the start. He was on site within an hour, helped me begin the insurance claim, and clearly walked me through the next steps. When I had a flood in my basement, Jigsaw was recommended to me by my plumber. They were able to send a team to my house within 2 hours. They helped walk me through the process of remediation. They worked incredibly fast and did a thorough job in removing the water and setting up the dehumidifier and fans. The equipment stayed on over the weekend and they offered to come by to check on everything. My basement is 100% back to normal. Jigsaw Property Maintenance was referred to me through my plumber to remove black mold and the affected carpet and walls from my home due to a radiator leak. Chris from Jigsaw kept me informed every step of the way throughout the remediation process. He and his team went above and beyond for me! He is also handling his company’s remediation costs with my insurance company directly. His team acted quickly, was thorough and did an excellent job! I am very grateful to Chris and Jigsaw!
