Dr Thakore and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so very kind, compassionate, professional and courteous. They make you feel as though you are the most important patient they have and ensure all your questions/issues have been addressed. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Enzyme Insufficiency which isn’t always the easiest/quickest issue to manage, but Dr Thakore assured me she would not stop until we had the issue under control….and she kept her word. I would agree with the other poor ratings. Did not listen, was very rude, and tried telling me I didn't have what I had already been diagnosed for. He dodges phone calls (I tried calling twice a day for several days in a row and he called me back 1 minute before they close... when I missed it and called back immediately, 2 minutes later, they said he was no longer in the office). My Husband & I have been going to Dr. Peddanna for many years. Dr. Peddanna is amazing! Great bed side manner! He listens and explains everything thoroughly! He takes care of you like you are family. He puts you at ease & makes you feel that, no matter what, things are going to be OK. He is a really caring, funny, but straight forward Doctor! We highly recommend Dr. Peddanna! We are thankful for Dr. Peddanna!

Dr Peddanna was dismissive and spend less than 5 minutes with me. The consultation in my portal had things written on it that we never discussed. He just added meds without any understanding of my lifestyle or preferences and gave me a reflux (diagnosed within a minute) diet that was totally against my way of eating. Run away.
Dr. Oruganti has treated me for various gastrointestinal issues for more than 10 years. He has addressed each one of them carefully and methodically. He is friendly, and takes as much time as needed to explain the conditions and the treatments. He doesn't mind answering the same questions more than once. He is also a good communicator through the patient portal. I am pleased with his care.

I am a 70 year old female and wanted to be under the care of a female GI physician. I liked that Dr. Thakore spent time talking with me and then we scheduled upper and lower GI testing. The modern facility on Clyo Rd was just like a mini hospital surgery center. Her entire team work together with precision and I had the best colonoscopy procedure I have ever had.
