This office has gone down hill. After a few years of going here with my family we are finding a new Dr. office. No issues with the doctor's themselves other then the normal (no time/no explanations). The issues are with the office managment and follow through on orders, referrals and results. Orders and referrals do not get put in and if you get any information about lab or test results you need to check them yourselves because they constantly miss things or do not discuss them. Great doctor. He has a great team. He has been my doctor for many years. Has saved my life more than once. He will take the time to listen to you. A very smart man.
I admire Dr. Patel's transparent, no-nonsense attitude when it comes to patient health. He doesn't sugar coat anything, especially us diabetics (pun indented). This kind of conduct is much needed for someone like me, thank you Dr. Patel and staff!
