Great place for a private kids event. I would suggest that during the winter time, you turn on the heat. I attended a Birthday party recently and the place was freezing. Please do better...
Our experience was amazing!! We were able to come in early to set up. The place was well organized and family-oriented 🥰 Everyone had a great time, staff was very welcoming and helpful when necessary. However since the party was in the winter, outside is very cold. Unfortunately there wasn't any sort of heating and warmth inside the building which was very concerning cause we had lots of babies. We had a wonderful experience hosting our daughter’s 4th birthday here. The facility was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the event. Coffee for the adults was included with the booking, which was such a thoughtful touch. The highlight for us was having the space entirely to ourselves—there was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids were able to roam and play freely. We hosted our daughter’s first birthday at Jiggles and Giggles and had an amazing experience. We had children ranging from 1 year old to 10 years old, and every child had something fun to do. The staff were incredible super friendly and attentive. They let you enjoy your time without hovering, but were always ready to help whenever we needed anything.
