I've used Jiffy Rooter for a few years to maintain our plumbing. We had a recurring issue again so I called what is listed as Jiff Rooter for service and asked for the Jetter. The same 2 men who have always serviced our pipes showed up without the Jetter and had to leave to go get it. This is the same Jetter that's been needed for every service call. Fast, thorough, reasonable, prompt same day response.
Complete disrespect. Walked through my house in muddy boots covered with snow. Walked on my basement carpet. Like who does this when theres inches of snow on the ground. No mask, no respect. Will never call again
