They were very courteous on the phone and were able to squeeze me in on short notice. They cleaned my place today and did a very good job. I'm pleased with the condition of my apartment and will probably use them again. Definitely recommended.
The quote I received for my four-bedroom home was on par with other quotes in the area, and we were able to schedule the cleaning within days of my first contact. I really appreciated that I was able to do all of my contact through email--responses were quick and informative. My date of service came, and the team members were friendly. We were surprised at how fast they worked, and we were very happy with the results.
I have used Jiffy Maids at two different residences and have always been very pleased with their service. They are also very easy to communicate with if you need to change a cleaning time. I highly recommend!
I am not usually a maid kind of person except for the rare move-out clean, but with my parents coming to town after an insanely hectic week I just didn't have the time to tackle the mess on my own. Jiffy Maids were able to fit me into their schedule relatively quickly, and they did an excellent job. The two ladies were very nice, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't mind working around me and my dog as we were home at the time.
We have been the service for about a year on a monthly basis. They are always on time and so professional. Our entire family has begun to look forward to the wonderful aroma that the ladies leave.
Jiffy maids is a highly reliable service, and they are always willing to accommodate changes in my schedule which is highly variable. They also send friendly reminders so I can plan to be out of the house when they come to clean. Last, the team is very personable and kind to my dog who often gets in the way!
They were very professional and had good customer service. And our apartment now looks amazing. I would definitely use them again.

The price was extremely affordable for the area. Most services I contacted had a minimum but I feel like they adjusted the price down for me since the area needing cleaning was no more than a 700 ft. studio. Scheduling was made very easy and they got me in within one day of requesting an appt. Cleaning ladies showed up well within window of time and I was even given a call 20 minutes prior of their arrival to confirm they were on the way.
