I've used Jiffy Maids now in two homes, and for several years total. Their price is absolutely reasonable, they're trustworthy, and I've never had an issue that they haven't been able to resolve quickly. My place is always clean to the highest standards, they are very responsive and courteous on the phone, and they're easy to work with. I've been using Jiffy Maids to clean my three bedroom house for almost a year, and I'm really happy with the service and the cleaning. They do a thorough job and have never broken anything (some of the other reviews complain about that, but I've never had a single problem). I'd give five stars, I highly recommend. The rate is fair and i love coming home to a clean house every other Wednesday!

Jiffy Maids is the best! -I've used them for 2 years and never had a negative experience or complaint -reasonable price -helpful and friendly customer service lady who makes the appointments -timely -very thorough cleaning -never broken anything -trustworthy They've been cleaning my 3 bedroom/1 bath house for almost 2 years now. After my first Jiffy Maids cleaning on Dec. 23rd, I used them again on Dec. 30th. Cristela and Jacqueline weren't available, so a team of two other cleaners - Fatao and Maria - came instead (on both Dec. 30th and Jan. 10th). They did a fabulous job - quick, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend Jiffy Maids. Ask for either Cristela & Jaqueline or Fatao & Maria. Both teams do a great job.

This morning, Jiffy Maids cleaned my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Ballston (Arlington, VA). The results are wonderful! I give Jiffy Maids my highest recommendation. This was the first time using a cleaning service. I recently moved out of the DC area, and I went back to Jiffy Maids for my move-out cleaning. It was just as good as I remembered. I got different staff this time (a year later, no surprise,) but they were just as on time, just as polite, and just as thorough. To be honest, I actually caused some confusion; my movers were there at the same time because I had had a difficult experience with my original movers, and the second moving team was scrambling to get in and help me in time. I came home from work today and almost wept from joy at how clean my place was. This is the third time I've hired Jiffy Maids and they have been consistently good. I have a studio apartment with a three-bedroom-apartment's-worth of furniture crammed into it, and they still manage to cover all the details. They're kinda pricey but worth it if you're a messy person like me.
