My wife took our vehicle to jiffy lube on Brock in Whitby Ontario asked for the full synthetic oil change as it's shown on the internet $15 off. She did not receive her discount because she wasn't told to show her coupon. When I called the location I was informed of this. I asked why are you not telling your customers this and was also informed rudely that my wife must ask for the discount...
