Great service, quick and efficient service.
TERRIBLE! My daughter went for a basic oil change. The guy charged her $93.34 PLUS an additional fee of $117.16 for someone else's bill! They admitted to their mistake but did not give her money right back. According to the assistant manager nothing he can do but put in the refund request and there will be a delay in her receiving her money back -no delay in STEALING my child's hard earned money!

100% recommend!! They were excellent. The workers were excellent and professional. This is the only jiffy lube I would ever come back to. Answered all the questions respectfully and professionally. Went to the other jiffy lube in Little Rock but they were rude and unprofessional, unlike these guys in Bryant. Top tier here. Thank you to boys and the manager!!!
