I've been taking my vehicles to jiffy lube for years. I take great pride in my vehicles and have a 2014 F-350 6.7 power stroke that they put the wrong oil in the last two or three times. The blame was put on an old employee and I was told to contact the manager. I went in again to talk to the manager was a refused to be seen by him. Thanks to this store Jiffy lube lost a customer for over 12 years.
