They didn’t put the required copper washer on the oil drain plug and when I checked a day later the oil level, it turned out they didn’t put enough oil. It was short at least 1 quart. So, be careful!
Had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Bryce. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out. He helped read the OBD2 sensor on my Corvette to make sure all the drive cycles were completed and the sensors were ready. Super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I had a nail in my tire and heard Jiffy Lube does free patching, so I went in hoping for a quick and helpful fix. Unfortunately, the experience was super disappointing. From the second I walked in, the staff seemed totally uninterested. No one greeted me, no one explained anything, and honestly, it felt like I was bothering them just by being there. I have used $28 gift coupon for tire rotation at another jiffy lube location in past but this place did not take it and made me pay - will never go back !
