These are my unfortunate experiences. I first took my wife's car to get an oil change. They were very quick at getting it done. I get a call from my wife the day after on her way to work that her skid plate fell off. Jiffy lube never properly re-secured the skid plate properly. Thankfully nothing was damaged during that process of it falling and dragging on the road, just stress and inconvenience. They installed my cabin air filter in sideways damaging it and forcing me to buy a new one. Only found this out when a few weeks later I had to take my car to the dealership for servicing. I will not be back.
Good crew! Wanted to shout out Justin, he was very friendly and helpful and worked with me for what I wanted done/checked. Feels like they genuinely care about you and your experience. They were honest and did not try to screw me over- I will absolutely be back and recommend several friends to come here for their brakes.
I have tripping by this Jiffy Lube in Graterford many times today I thought I would give it a shot I was so surprised how quick everyone was and how kind everyone is. I will be back
