These guys failed to put the oring on my oil filter canister when the did my oil change. It has been leaking for about 2000 miles. Sunsequintly the oil is now burned an contaiminated becuase it got low. When i contacted them to remedy this i requested a new oil change becuase of the contaminated oil. I was told the best they could do was 30 dollars off even though the oil condition is a result of jiffy lubes failure to install a neccisary oring. I did not find evidence that my oil and tires were checked until I had to go back for a top off. On June 30 I asked for a Safety Inspection and ended up with a Vehicle inspection. I had to go back for correction and paid again. Employees need better training. One trainee was on his cell phone a lot. I hope to get better service next time.
Very fast service and they let us stay in our car during the oil change, they have friendly and courteous people working there.
