I didn’t end up getting the oil change. The crew seemed pretty unprofessional, and there was a strong smell of weed coming from the workers, so I decided to just go somewhere else.
2nd expierence here and holy cow! The difference is unbelievable. They did the full inspection, offered tire rotation, were up front about costs, and kept talking to me the whole time so I knew what was happening. They are under new management and it shows. Gregory is doing an outstanding job
I've been a jiffy lube customer for twenty years but I'll be going elsewhere in the future after my recent experience at this location. There's an employee with glasses here who complained from the point I pulled up until I left. The oil change took nearly an hour with four employees working and they were cussing up a storm the whole time. Again, the employee with glasses, told me it was "a pain" to change my oil. I don't need this crap, no one does.
