I've been a jiffy lube customer for twenty years but I'll be going elsewhere in the future after my recent experience at this location. There's an employee with glasses here who complained from the point I pulled up until I left. The oil change took nearly an hour with four employees working and they were cussing up a storm the whole time. Again, the employee with glasses, told me it was "a pain" to change my oil. I don't need this crap, no one does.

Not a great experience. I had my oil changed, and less than 20 minutes later my truck began making a knocking sound. I pulled over, opened the hood, and the noise sounded like it was coming from the engine. I checked the oil level and it was right on the line. I also looked underneath the truck and noticed the oil filter area looked a little wet, although it had just been changed. The newer short guy with glasses broke the oil filter ring. I was unaware until I drove home and could see the oil pouring from my car leaving puddles. After going back to have the problem resolved the Managers this location have are gold but they still had the guy that caused the problem helping fix the situation and he was still rude and short and lacks customer service.
