Uber asked me to come here for a vehicle inspection. This inspection paper either missed this or that. Every time, the information is deliberately omitted. So much so that I came back to look for them for three consecutive days, but all the inspection reports were useless The inspection cost 47$, and i gave atip 10 $. I feel that my tip should be thrown in the trash or given to a homeless person
The customer service I received was outstanding. Although I can't recall the name of the representative, his professionalism and extensive knowledge left a lasting impression on me. He was not only polite but also genuinely eager to assist, which made my experience even better. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles here in the future, as the quality of service is well worth the price.
