It says they lube and oil, and I asked to lube one area and their response is the grease machine is not working. Stick to give what we are paying for. And be honest not for the customer to ask above have it lubed and they are unable. How many customers left thinking they got or payed for a full service oil and lube change and didn't get one. Totally unprofessional and unsafe for our vehicles that we rely on to go to work to pay our bills and food for our family's. Thank you.
Uber asked me to come here for a vehicle inspection. This inspection paper either missed this or that. Every time, the information is deliberately omitted.
