The guys were friendly and fast. The best part was that they were honest, being a lady places try to rip you off and tell you that you need this or that to up sale and they let me see the parts amd explained everything to me. Really nice guys.
Had a new tire and all l needed was the swap. They couldn’t swap it out because they needed the manager on site. Went to the other jiffy lube on (37140 25th St E) and they did my service!
The guys here are amazing Jaime. Ivan and randy rocked. Would come here again and again. But the ac was horrible and needs to be fixed. Give these guys a raise.
Horrible customer service also didn’t return my wheel lock key and never called to let me know.
